Konica Minolta’s Service Robotics Solution to Drive Productivity by Automating Repetitive Tasks

FREMONT, CA: Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia- a print and enterprise content management solution provider- launches Service Robotics Solution by partnering with Techmetics Solutions- a provider of service robots and automation solutions in F&B, Hospitality, Healthcare and Manufacturing space.

The Service Robotics Solution is an initiative taken to support challenges faced by Singapore market due to labour crunch and intense competition for skilled manpower. They are facing difficulty to deliver quality services amidst limited resources.

The new solution provides the benefit of shaping future workplace by integrating technology to improve productivity and mobility in shared, collaborative environment. It improves customer experience, and augments cost efficiency and workforce optimisation. The Service Robotics Solution automatically controls repetitive tasks which help to reduce utilisation rate of staff for non-core tasks.
