NEW DELHI, INDIA: Mahindra Comviva, provider of mobility solutions, announces the launch of Data Monetization Platform – ‘Infinity’. The platform has been designed perfectly to suit enterprise business requirements with telecom operator's network capabilities. It is an initiative taken to create digital engagements with the consumers, employees, partners and connected devices of the enterprise.

Infinity Data Monetization Platform

Infinity is an advantage to the telecom operator’s data channel infrastructure and assets, empowering business operations which can be used to expose data as an engagement channel for the enterprises and monetize the data pipe while increasing the revenue. The platform offers pre-built ready-to-deploy use-cases, enabling enterprises to launch engagement products swiftly. It enables enterprises to leverage the operators’ data channel infrastructure as per their requirements and create rich and contextual digital engagements with their consumers. Infinity Data Monetization platform offers two flavours: Toll Free Data and Data Gifting services. It addresses an enterprise’s requirements, operator’s network capabilities and blends the two environments to create a successful business layer.

Infinity has the capability of launching multiple products through a single and unified user interface for a varied range of engagement services under one marketplace. It requires minimal configurations and integrations to be done at Telco network as the platform is light and is capable of reducing the time-to-market. It gives different plans to be available to enterprises for viewing, selection, purchase and activation as per their requirements, reducing the time consumption. The Platform enables creation of enterprise focused products facilitating higher market adoption, giving the enterprises complete control over how their campaigns are run.

“Telecom operators have a significant opportunity of being a digital enabler for the enterprises, adding value to the digital engagements towards their end customers in a faster, better and cheaper way. Enterprises, on the other hand, are taking a hard route today towards digital engagements with their customers through fragmented approaches for mobile apps, websites and content. Mahindra Comviva’s Infinity platform solves this problem by enabling Telcos to offer data channel to enterprises for their digital engagement initiatives in a uniform and consistent way. We firmly believe that data is the next currency and Infinity is a significant step in realizing that paradigm,” says Aditya Dhruva, Vice-President and Head of Messaging and Broadband Solutions, Mahindra Comviva.
