TOKYO, JAPAN: NTT Communications, a provider of IP networking services and solutions, announces the launch of a max 10GBps large-volume network to connect NTT Com's Enterprise Cloud services for enterprises and customers' enterprise systems collocated at various data centers around the world.

The network consists of Nexcenter Connect Global, Nexcenter Connect Metro and Data Center Inter-Connect.

Nexcenter Connect Global

The Nexcenter Connect Global connects colocation servers around the world via the large-volume network. It is offered as an optional service of NTT Com's Nexcenter data center service and aims to meet demands for next-generation services by incorporating quality, low cost and flexibility.

Nexcenter Connect Metro

The Nexcenter Connect Global connects data centers within major areas of each country. This service connects colocation servers in urban centers via a low-latency, secure and large-volume network.

Data Center Inter-Connect

Data Center Inter-Connect connects the Enterprise Cloud and major data centers worldwide. The Data Center Inter-Connect for Enterprise Cloud will be expanded worldwide via the large-volume network free of charge.

Adding these new networks together will provide seamless connections between multiple data centers and between Enterprise Cloud systems. Big enterprises will be able to easily connect massive ICT resources globally for their flexible digital technology usage.

The launch of the Large-volume Network will also enable enterprises to benefit from cost efficient connections that can be scaled to the requirements of their enterprise offices and systems needs. Use cases include IoT data, back-up data and data transfer associated with multi-system integration.
