BALTIMORE, MD: Traitify, developer of a visual personality assessment Application program interface (API), launches a new tool targeting HR professionals and talent management industries. The latest offering from the company, Tratify Dash, quickly collects and analyzes personality data of employees to build better teams.

Traitify Dash is built around the scientifically proven visual assessment designed by in-house psychology team. Using the binary choice of “Me” or “Not Me” in response to a series of images, the assessment can typically be completed within 2 minutes to generate instant, actionable data. While the assessment is quick and easy the results are 94% accurate and reliable. Moreover, the assessment can be completed anywhere, on any mobile, tablet, or desktop devices.

How Traitify Dash works

Managers can simply invite their employees or prospective employees by sending them a link. Employee can enter their E-mail address and start taking the visual assessment, swipe left or right for whether the picture is “Me” or “Not Me” typically completed within 90seconds.

The insights from the assessment test will be made available on the dashboard as soon as user finishes the assessment. The data presented includes scored results of Personality Types and Traits, as well as what other personalities complement and conflict with each user.

The dashboard enables a manager to create custom groups to filter different personality traits, explore the most dominant personality type, and ease to analyze how a potential hire might fit in and how they fill a needed role based on personality or work style.
