It all started when Suzanne and Shannon, armed with experience pertaining to recruitment and professional services came together to form a partnership to help bridge the skill and knowledge gap that was present in the industry. “For us, it was a natural progression to come together and build PTA to help organisations achieve their strategic goals by consulting in a niche market, across analysis, communication, learning and change,” Shannon says. The company is today operational in the SaaS Business Process Management solutions, which has given them an insight into the potency and prospective that this space holds.
