December, 20216 Inevitably, saving lives is the most common and important principle for any armed service but not at the cost of their own life. At this point, drones have evolved to save lives as well as protect those who risk their own. The unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) have proved their worth in military applications such as reconnaissance, data collection, and combating threats without concerns about hostage situations or the safety of the pilot. Interestingly, drones play a crucial role in critical operations in many industries. For example, to survey geography, perform thermal or visual imaging of a region, and enter dangerous environments without bringing risk to human lives. Apart from the critical operations, drones are also used for agriculture, security and media, and entertainment. Especially in the video and photography industry, drones have been utilized to capture pictures from an aerial perspective and improve the dynamics of clicking a picture. To this end, as the utilization of drones is increasing, so is the technology utilized in them improving, and new applications for them are opened up. Currently, drones are becoming automated and are capable of flying themselves without being remotely controlled, enabling people to focus on the data captured by the drone.
