December, 202119 Highlighting the impact of FirstWave's CCSP is a customer success story where the company assisted a client in effectively scale their email security to millions of users in a cost-effective manner. In this instance, the customer wanted to examine the economic viability of a next-generation solution that complied with stringent regulatory requirements and integrated with their existing network gateway while providing a higher-performing service for the million-plus geographically diverse users. Concurrently, it also had to offer features to manage business risk, implement proactive strategies to thwart email security gateway threats, and scale the services. To address this need, FirstWave proposed a dedicated FirstWave Cloud Security gateway delivered as a managed service, which would be hosted in one of Australia's most prominent cloud hosting environments and underpinned by Cisco and FirstWave Cloud Email Security Technology. Additionally, the solution's carrier-grade technology allowed it to intercept inbound and outbound email messages, scan for malicious threats and spam, and apply content controls in line with organizational policies. As a net result, the client experienced improved availability, scalability, capacity management, encryption security, alongside faster Gmail integration and effective monitoring.Similarly, FirstWave has ignited several success stories across geographies and industry sectors owing to its innovative technology and extensive partner network of leading network service providers across the globe. These competencies put FirstWave in the hot seat to capitalize on the current and upcoming boom in cloud adoption as the post-pandemic business landscape poises to virtualize its overall operations.
