    0glasses: See the World differently

Founder and CEO,Bob Su, 0glassesBob Su, Founder and CEO
Visualization technologies such as Augmented Reality can translate to millions of dollars in cost savings across various industries. For instance, the manufacturing industry is often plagued by unplanned downtime, especially in crisis-driven circumstances, where organizations need to eliminate communication barriers to facilitate maintenance, assembly training, and inspection operations remotely. At this juncture, AR remote assistance can provide these organizations the ability to instantly deliver essential knowledge beyond borders, thereby, connecting experts in different countries with employees on the factory floor. Also, with self-guided AR work instructions, organizations with a global presence can ensure that employees have access to best practices, which are repeatable, measurable, and easy to follow.

Identifying the need for such visualization tools, Shenzhen-based augmented reality (AR) specialist--0glasses—provides enterprise-grade smart AR solutions to enhance employee experience and productivity. The company’s products overhaul the industrial value chain by facilitating training, maintenance, and essential business operations, all the while offering wearable comfort that is unheard of with traditional AR devices. “We strive to provide value to our customers through the precise combination of hardware and software. While keeping up with the current trends, we also try to make human-computer interaction more natural, such that users can navigate through different platforms such as ERPin an effortless manner,” explains Allen Yang, Vice President of 0glasses.

Through numerous projects and continuous development, 0glasses has developed advanced consumer-grade and enterprise-grade MR smart glasses, accurate image recognition solutions, and XR software suite with independent intellectual property rights. Among these products, the company’s latest lightweight mixed reality smart eyewear, RealXPro, weighs only 85 grams and supports deep integration with smartphones through USB type-C connection.

We try to enable our users via XR hardware and software suites to see the world differently and see different worlds

RealX Pro is the first lightweight mixed reality glasses with built-in ToF engine, together with its dual-fisheye SLAM, it offers excellent 6DoF controllability and environmental understanding capability. As for viewing experience, RealX Pro comes with 55 degrees of FOV and 1080P full HD display and supports 3D video playback. Furthermore, RealX Pro offers accessories such as adjustable nose pad and replaceable magnetic lens (transparent to dark) for indoor and outdoor use while supporting prescriptive lens as well. All of these design aspects uphold user comfort, similar to conventional eyeglasses.

Besides, 0glasses offers a AR PSS performance support system, non-linear content editing system along with Hubble – an Augmented Reality Remote Expert System. Developed based on its independent software and hardware technology, AR PSS is an all-terminal work assistance system that provides real-time guidance, transparent management, personal coaching, and knowledge deposition. Organizations can reduce production costs, optimize business processes, improve work efficiency, prevent accidents, improve customer experience, personalize training for employees through an intelligent and immersive AR experience.

“0glasses products provide an incredible opportunity for skilling, re-skilling, and up-skilling employees in an immersive way. Employees can be trained, guided, and protected at all times without wasting additional resources,” says Yang.

Organizations can conduct an intelligent inspection of critical equipments utilizing 0glasses’ mixed reality technology, coupled with big data analysis, to improve equipment operations and maintenance. 0glasses’ products are being used by car assembly companies where employees are provided with guidance while assembling complex parts. Also, the smart eyewear is infused with AI capabilities that empower employees to detect malfunctions in high voltage equipment without even touching it. 0glasses supports third-party SDKs to further assist companies in reducing errors, improving workflows, balancing operating cost, and delivering a true mixed reality experience. Conclusively, the most significant advantage of the 0glasses’ products is their ability to make individuals feel a sense of shared collaborative space while offering unmatched comfort to users and delivering all of the multi-fold benefits of AR technology.
