Revenue Growth Management (RGM) has historically focused on pricing optimization against a backdrop of expected organic growth across numerous sectors. However, this strategic decision making process has now sealed its place at the top of the C-suite agenda, requiring the real-time integration of all commercial planning to combat the decline in profit margins. The slmp in margins can be attributed to pricing volatility and channel disruptions, such as changes to e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sales due to the pandemic followed by supply-chain inefficiencies. To promote top-line revenue growth and margin gains, Absolutdata delivers scalable business impact across an enterprise by combining relevant data, AI and ML analytical frameworks, business understanding and technology.

Since 2001, Absolutdata has been collating, analyzing and connecting data to drive business results for brands across the world. During this period, the firm has developed a robust range of AI-based products and sophisticated analytics services that provide its clients a competitive advantage. The firm’s enterprise-based NAVIK AI Platform combines AI, technology, data, and analytics to serve as the intelligence layer to aid in decision making processes in companies.
NAVIK AI provides guidance based on proprietary machine learning and artificial intelligence models built specifically for each customer to assist them to optimize decisions. The platform employs machine learning techniques that adapt to the client’s and market's changing needs.

The NAVIK SalesAI component has the capability to spot sales possibilities that might otherwise go unnoticed, resulting in an increase in sales across the board. It creates a weekly personalized plan, by analyzing data pertaining to consumer behavior as well as sales, which suggests the products preferred by an individual. Each salesperson is given a personalized activity plan with prioritized leads that predicts what each contact is likely to purchase. The Recommendation Rationale highlights the most likely reasons for a potential customer to purchase the recommended product or service. This process helps Absolutdata’s clients to create personalized campaigns as well as streamline the sales processes by targeting consumers who have the largest probability of buying a product. As customer requirements are constantly changing, NAVIK SalesAI possesses the capacity to instantly change and tailor immediate sales actions for individual accounts adhering to the AI-based advice. In addition, NAVIK Sales AI assists the users to create the best deal and close it, before the competitors.

Navik Ai Provides Guidance Based On Proprietary Machine Learning And Artificial Intelligence Models Built Specifically For Each Customer To Assist Them To Optimize Decisions

An example of Absolutdata’s customer centric services is when it assisted a multinational consumer packaged goods corporation incorporate an automated SKU. The CPG firm, comprising a diverse portfolio of personal care, health care, and home care brands, wanted an SKU recommender that could perform SKU suggestions at the store level for 1.3 million stores across 40 distributors and 800 locations. Absolutdata deployed an artificial intelligence module to locate popular stores and examine SKU performance in their locations. The firm also searched for purchasing patterns to see which products were frequently purchased with a certain SKU. Absolutdata created a self-learning analytics engine to generate weekly recommendations and update the Recommendations Datamart with recent, accurate information on SKUs. The SKU Recommendation tool was used in the field for three months before implementing it to 1,000 shops and five channels. During the trial period the tool effectively increased retail purchases and optimized income for Absolutdata’s clients.
