    ACEINNA: Simplifying Sensing Technology

    Follow ACEINNA on :

Dr. Yang Zhao, CEO, ACEINNADr. Yang Zhao, CEO
The onset of digital transformation touches the edges of the networks by connecting to billions of devices and transmitting data from ever-evolving sensors. Although sensors have been present in one or the other form for a long time, today they are evolving at a rapid speed to support the proliferation of new devices. Sensor science and engineering find its relevance in almost all facet of life and its applications span in many domains from healthcare, environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, critical infrastructure, food industry, and intelligent transportation system. As a leading MEMS-based sensing solution company, ACEINNA develops innovative Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) coupled with current sensing technologies that are important for the next generation cars, robots, and other autonomous application. “We de-sophisticate technologies that are accessible and affordable to developers and engineers worldwide,” states Dr. Yang Zhao, CEO at ACEINNA.

The company’s line of products includes inertial systems, current sensors, and flow sensors. ACEINNA’s inertial solution delivers high perfection user-friendly open-source development environment. Their fully integrated solution caters to the required performance to sense the life-like motion of today’s intelligent systems of the automation industry. Embedded high-performance multi-axis (9 DOF) inertial measurement system supports several applications like INS, AHRS, Vertical Gyro, and many more. Open source rugged sealed IMU is specially designed for construction, agriculture, and other vehicles applications. IMU is a standalone measurement system and an improvised version of IMU380ZA, 200/400dps FSR that supports many applications and performance levels.

We de-sophisticate technologies that are accessible and affordable to developers and engineers worldwide

Tilt sensors is a dynamic module that gives precise roll/pitch measurements in dynamic environments with advanced driver assistance system, robotics, and other applications. Inertial navigation systems are a performance integrated navigation system that facilitates accurate position, attitude, heading, velocity, 3D rotational rate, and 3D linear acceleration.

Current Sensors, ACEINNA’s product fulfills the requirement of the power architects and helps them meet challenging design goals by control, telemetry, and protection circuitry. The company’s MCx1101 AMR current sensor ICs offers an alternative for a new system to the design engineers with benchmark accuracy, high bandwidth with low phase delay and an easy-to-use, pocket-friendly, and single-component solution. MCx1101 is a perfect match for power applications, inclusive of motor control, inverters, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and industrial power systems topped by AC-DC and DC-DC power systems used by telecom and high-performance computing (HPC) markets.

Customized to serve the need for mass flow and pressure sensing the company’s flow and differential pressure sensor is applied in various applications like gas meters, process control, HVAC, medical, chemical, food and beverage so on and so forth. ACEINNA’s thermal sensing technology has many pluses over traditional solutions, namely sizeable dynamic range, accuracy low flow sensitivity, low power consumption, and many more. The ACEINNA team has introduced two product lines the MFC2000 gas flow sensor, an elevated configurable bi-directional flow platform for industrial application to medical devices and MDP200 differential pressure sensor, specially designed for industrial HVAC, and medical applications. MFC2000 has few variations like 30 and 70 SLM flow ranges and mechanical configurations. MDP200 is in obtainable in the standard manifold mount, with straight and angled connector pins.

The company focuses on being an innovative, fast-growing, energetic, and pro-technology company coupled by a passion for creating one-of-a-kind products, ensuring customer satisfaction, initiating a financial return to the investors, and offering an excellent and exhilarating working platform for the employees. ACEINNA stands on 20 years of innovation, its 3D magnetic compass is installed in over 600 million mobile phones, and the INS system is used in over 600 types of aircraft, exceeding 100,000 units, and is transported in numerous applications.
