While some of the solutions (Delegated Data Maintenance) are generic and can be applied to any industry vertical, other solution packages cater specifically to the supply chain industry.
The implementation process involved in getting these packaged solutions onboard with a customer’s EnterpriseOne software also plays a significant role in the company’s growing popularity. “We provide our prospective clients with a trial version of our solutions before they choose to implement the full version,” mentions Cunningham. “Many of our clients are appreciative of this option as it helps them understand the significance and usage of our products better.”
