AIRDOCS Global
Making cloud-based CCM possible for mid-market businesses

AIRDOCS Global

CIO VendorGreg Twemlow, CEO
Communications are the glue that connects a business to its customers. And when those customers number thousands or even millions, most large organisations use a Customer Communcations Management (CCM) system to host, create and distribute messages to their customers. However, for mid-market organizations, the significant investment required to build such a capability can prevent them from competing with the big guys. Sydney, Australia-based AIRDOCS delivers a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CCM platform that gives mid-market enterprises the edge over their bigger rivals. The cloud-based platform is available globally, easy to implement, scalable, cost-effective and capable of delivering omni-channel marketing initiatives. As AIRDOCS CEO, Greg Twemlow, says, “Our platform strengthens customer loyalty and helps our clients move away from costly print & post channels to digital channels.”

“CCM in a box”

Hosted on Microsoft's AZURE Cloud, AIRDOCS is a ‘CCM in a box,' providing the functionalities enterprises typically demand – but with greater flexibility, speed to market and lower costs. The AIRDOCS platform uses customer data to personalize communications, based on metrics such as demographic, gender, age, and location, as well as a customer’s purchase history and buying patterns. This level of personalization is enabled by attribute-driven composition software incorporated into the platform, helping businesses to develop relevant and engaging communication content. The simple administration web portal lets clients manage the configuration and performance of the platform securely and with ease, offering two different access interfaces—batch mode and interactive composition.
“All the bells and whistles”

AIRDOCS offers all the functionality of a CCM platform - client data transformation, the composition of different media formats (PDF, HTML, text, video), omnichannel delivery of print or post, email, SMS, MMS, video and Chatbot services, archiving, and an administration and client web portal. The prudently designed micro-services architecture allows for rapid deployment of sophisticated digital delivery channels.

Moreover, thanks to its strategic partnership with FIS Global, one of the world’s foremost document composition companies, AIRDOCS can make FIS’s flagship product, CSF, available to mid-market companies. Today, AIRDOCS is the only Cloud-based CSF solution available globally.

“Proof of concept in a week”

AIRDOCS CCM uses well-defined APIs to integrate with third party corporate applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and legacy system databases. It ensures that data quality is optimized, and rapid integration processes keep it simple and low-cost. As enterprises embark on implementing traditional CCM solutions, they soon realize that a PoC(proof-of-concept) is complex, costly and time-consuming. However, AIRDOCS has architected a system that makes PoC simple, cost effective and quick – in as little as one week. A or B or C testing capability further increases the appeal for clients looking to test, learn and adapt their approach to customer communications. And a transaction-based billing model helps save on licensing, maintenance cost and capital outlay.

“Technological virtuosity”

The company has global ambitions and a flexible approach to its clients’ needs and offers 24/7 customer support. Since its incorporation in 2015, AIRDOCS has served mid-market companies in industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, and more, helping them personalize communications to lower costs and better engage with their customers. Currently, the company is integrating a video composition engine incorporating a Chatbot channel and developing a contract signature system based on Blockchain. This technological virtuosity is set to spur the next phase of its growth – and the next phase in the evolution of customer communications.
