“We see cloud computing as a key building block for enterprise scalability and adaptability. We help our clients build in the cloud and adopt cloud-native paradigm to allow for fast delivery and enhanced customer experience,” says Younes Hairej, Founder and CEO at Aokumo.

A digital infrastructure and transformation service and solution provider, Aokumo helps clients deploy modern cloud infrastructure and architecture that alleviates business functioning and achieve operational excellence. It enables companies to build core infrastructure, lightweight processes and governance, and internal capabilities to empower them to be truly digital.

Startups and midsized companies partner with Aokumo to engage in an end-to-end technology transformation. Aokumo helps create a suitable digital strategy and roadmap, execute, and help build the capabilities for continuous innovation and sustained success.

Using Aokumo’s microservices platform, clients modernize their legacy systems and build new digital offerings faster. The cloud-native platform runs on top of Kubernetes and includes all of the core infrastructure services needed to operate modern applications. Aokumo also provides professional services to speed up digitization and digital transformation using the cloud-native paradigm.

Infusing Shin-Gi-Tai, a Japanese philosophy for maximum performance, into its approach, Aokumo establishes a balance between a business’s strategic objectives, operations and governance, and technology. linking strategy to execution.
Reflected throughout Aokumo’s offerings, Shin-Gi-Tai allows clients to have complete visibility into the actions for implementing digital transformation and the impact on their mission and goals,

A silver member of the Cloud-Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), Aokumo is also a Kubernetes-certified services provider (KCSP) and is among the few in Japan and the region. Accelerating deployment of cloud-native initiatives, Aokumo supports clients in designing, developing, and running their Kubernetes clusters. Aokumo ensures clients deploy the right IT infrastructure and digital solutions and partners with some of the best technology providers.

“We are well-positioned to help clients on different fronts like developer productivity, operational excellence, and accelerated delivery along with cost optimization for AWS integration,” adds Hairej.

We see cloud computing as a key building block for enterprise scalability and adaptability. We help our clients build in the cloud and adopt cloud-native paradigms to allow for fast delivery and enhanced customer experience

Operating manual deployment and long release cycle, which was impacting developer productivity, a client sought Aokumo to design and develop a cloud-native CI/CD pipeline. The new pipeline empowered developers to gain visibility over the software development lifecycle and real-time user feedback insights. Setting the pace for the client to push and deploy code to production faster and more frequently, Aokumo deployed a cloud-native CI/CD pipeline with artifact management, security scanning, automated test, and quality gates. The client could examine the code quality and, if it didn’t reach the standard, automatically block the code from going to production. The client could deploy code three times faster with better code quality, which led to 60% decrease in incidents and improved Mean Time to Recovery (MTR).

Further, with the ability to do canary and blue/green deployment coupled with better insights, the client is more responsive to their users and market demands, pushing quality code faster with increased developer productivity.

To ensure clients have the suitable DevOps toolchain, Aokumo checks the digital maturity of a business so they are equipped with the right resources to adapt site reliability engineering (SRE) that will see them through to the next level of digitization adoption. This approach encourages clients to benefit from superior application development and deployment and refrain from reverting to models not aligned with new ways of building cloud-native applications. Aokumo aims to push from strength to strength and act as a reliable partner for clients as they strive to achieve high scalability, operational excellence, agility, and adaptability in a continuously changing environment.
