AsdeqLabs
Empowering the Mobile Workforce

Today, the catchphrase “Mobile First” has become the primary strategy for a multitude of organizations that utilize a mobile workforce to streamline their businesses. Prior to the advent of affordable and mature mobile computing, the in-field workers relied on paper-based alternatives that were beset with a myriad of challenges in terms of security, data integrity, data integration, reporting, and more. Yet, mobile computing finds the bridge between the consumer world and the needs of the enterprise corporate customers a difficult chasm to cross. AsdeqLabs is perfectly placed to address these challenges head-on with its unique suite of enterprise mobile solutions, AsdeqWorkforce. Designed specifically to enable organizations having large mobile workforces to replace their traditional paper-based processes with flexible, secure, and integrated solutions, AsdeqWorkforce provides real tangible benefits for a modern workforce.

“Organizations are heavily impeded by the lack of quality information that is flowing from teams in the field and backinto their organizations,” says Mike Nermut, founder and managing director of AsdeqLabs. AsdeqWorkforce provides a robust, integrated suite of tools delivered on smartphones, tablets, and web that empowers a mobile workforce. The company’s proprietary mobile and web-based solution, AsdeqForms facilitates the electronic submission of fully featured smart digital forms.
“An organization can easily and rapidly design, implement, integrate, and deploy a suite of smart digital forms that can be easily pushed out to workers using a variety of mobile platforms,” elucidates Nermut. Likewise, the submitted forms from the field can be directed back into the workflow process specific to that form type and approved at all required levels before the data is directly integrated into backend systems such as SAP and SharePoint among others. The submission of these smart forms has another unique feature where the forms can be filled both online and offline.

As per Nermut, AsdecWorkforce helps organizations in sharing corporate knowledge with their employees from a mobile device. The company enables its clients to deliver corporate knowledge to their workers in the field through Asdecdocs that integrates directly with the client organization’s document repositories and knowledge store. Information is kept secure, up to date, can be remotely wiped, and users can only see what they are allowed to access. The administrator can determine who has accessed what, when, and where. The native tools are fast and responsive and require no training, adding to the end user experience while also being highly secure. The wizard-driven implementation and configuration make them cost effective to roll out with minimal services needed. Delivered as an on-premise, cloud, or hybrid solution, AsdeqWorkforce tools are highly scalable and clusterable.

AsdeqWorkforce is focused on enabling field force automation and blue-collar mobility out of the box for 1,000 + users for enterprises and government organizations across all industry verticals. Nermut cites the instance of Ausgrid— one of Australia’s largest energy generators—where the implementation of AsdeqWorkforce eliminated close to a million paper forms, resulting in a savings of $24.3 Million in three years for the company. The solution provided a complete audit trail that enabled Ausgrid to generate accessibility reports while the data inaction is geotagged. In case of an accident or fatality, Ausgrid could prove to the coroner or WorkSafe investigation that the company data or safety information was shared with their field teams. AsdeqWorkforce is a mission-critical application proven to reduce injury and fatality rates and delivers exceptional ROI, cost savings, and productivity gains.

“We have an aggressive roadmap moving forward. With the release of AsdeqForms, it is pretty evident that we have hit a nerve,” says Nermut. AsdeqWorkforce as an umbrella product is relatively new; however, the company commands the capability to solve the problems seen across field force environments worldwide.
