Bizentro is a Business IT Solutions company that has been providing the service to more than 2,000 companies for more than 20 years, including small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) and large enterprises. Bizentro has supported at least 61 smart factory projects backed by the Korean government over the past three years, from 2019 to 2021.

It fosters successful digital innovation across industries such as semiconductors, electricity/electronics, automobiles, and machinery including steel, chemical, construction, and textile. Supplementally the company was spun off from Samsung SDS in 2011. Bizentro’s core service digitalization platform can be divided into smart factory and smart enterprise solutions that cover a wide range of the company’s work. The digitalization platform supports on-site, business, and communication management of manufacturing plants. The digitalization platform enabled the company to receive the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award in the smart factory sector.

For example, a company specializing in manufacturing mobile phones and auto parts worked with Bizentro to reduce costs, defective rates, and the number of days in stock.

“We support innovation that redefines our processes. We go through preliminary preparation and execution steps for effective implementation.

In the preliminary stage, our clients conduct self-diagnosis, and based on this, Bizentro carries out the consulting to improve clients’ plans,” says Kim Hong- Keun, CEO, of Bizentro.

For on-site management, Bizentro’s MES solution, UNIMES manages factory operations through manufacturing execution management (MES), facility management, and quality inspection. On the other hand, Bizentro’s DAS solution, UNIDAS collects the factory’s data and analyzes it automatically through its data analysis platform, UNIAnalytics.

The company also helps in business management—from sales management to production, purchase, and inventory management, including human resources—with its UNIERP solution. Data analysis and data visualization are supported by another solution called UNIBI.

Lastly, communication management is done through Bizentro’s communication solution, UNIPORTAL, and it has two functions: groupware and business hub. Groupware system enables individuals to collaborate and communicate easily using an electronic document approval system, mailing service, remote access from the mobile, and bulletin board. For business, the hub which offers high synchronization connects not only the UNIERP and UNIMES solutions but also UNIHR and UNIBI solutions.

We support innovation that redefines our processes. We go through preliminary preparation and execution steps for effective implementation

After the solution introduction and improvement scope is defined and confirmed in the execution stage, Bizentro offers a business plan with its unique and agile methodology and implements solutions for customers. Furthermore, they offer the best follow-up maintenance for corporate sustainability.

What differentiates Bizentro is that it collects scattered information about the manufacturing environment through data analysis platforms called UNIAnalytics and UNIDAS to support an integrated AI analysis environment. Also, they provide a one-stop solution by integrating with UNIERP, UNIMES, and UNIBI solutions, enabling people to work seamlessly and uninterruptedly.

“We are leading the future of smart factories with our digitalization platform,” says Hong-Keun.
