One of the company’s immediate focuses will be to strengthen the Malaysia office’s operations and to solidify its position as a regional technical support centre. With hopes that the global pandemic situation continues to improve, especially in this part of the world, CSFinder is exploring the possibility of opening another office in ASEAN within the next 2-3 years. “Within next six months, we will start working on the strategic roadmap to introduce new Customer Success services offerings to cater to our customers’ requirements in strengthening their cybersecurity stance,” concludes Woo. “We believe customers’ success is our way to move forward. We can also offer a safer cyberspace to the next generation.”
