Comply Flow was founded in 2009 by brothers Mitch and Sam in response to industry demands in compliance, supply chain management, and business automation. Comply Flow quickly gained experience across 'megaprojects' such as the Sydney Light Rail Upgrade (NSW), Toowoomba Second Range Crossing (QLD), and other packages on the Pacific Highway Upgrade, and honed its expertise in automating complex processes for Tier 1 Civil Construction Contractors through early experience as a solutions provider with large civil projects.

Comply Flow went on to work for several ASX-listed firms, including Qantas Group, Bluescope Steel, John Holland Group, and OZ Minerals, in a variety of highly regulated industries ranging from aviation to manufacturing. Comply Flow has won the BHP FastTrack Challenge after competing against 27 other firms to create a creative and efficient site access solution, as well as other industry awards for innovation in the sector, due to its strong industry expertise.

Comply Flow's commitment to assisting the industry has led them to change its service model from enterprise management tools to an industry portal.
Comply Flow's unique one-profile platform allows contractors to share their compliance (at the Company, Worker, and Plant levels) with an unlimited number of Clients for a single charge while keeping the Client's flexibility to request particular and unique requirements. At every level, the company is dedicated to its client's success and is thrilled to see how they can continue to develop.

All of the client's business and workforce paperwork may be managed in one place. Clients may request policies, licenses, qualifications, worker tickets, and anything else from your workers. Manage all company-wide licenses, insurances, and plant equipment, among other things. Using automated workflows and expiry reminders, stay on top of all documentation needs. Identify which employees are compliant and ready to work across several job sites quickly. A simple 'Requirements' dashboard allows workers to quickly know what is expected of them for each Client and what they must upload. Before the workforce is on-site, clients can get a sense of how compliant they are.

Contractors may manage a single profile - and a single set of papers - that they can share across the industry without duplication. Receive requests for services and compliance information from industry-leading organizations (Comply Flow Enterprise customers include BHP, Qantas, and Lend-lease to name a few). For a single flat charge, clients can manage their company, worker, and plant compliance across an unlimited number of organizations.

Enterprises may tailor safety standards for their whole supply chain, working with compliance flow's safety specialists to determine corporate, worker, and asset needs.

The Objective Of Compliance Flow Is To Make It Simple For Contractors And Their Clients To Collaborate

Set compliance criteria for contractors based on job types, such as enterprise prequalification, labor, and training, or records of plant and equipment. The team at comply flow works with businesses to establish industry best practices. Compliance criteria can be defined by businesses based on their business demands. There are also flexible options available, such as the ability to easily amend contractor requirements in the system or request extra information or training.

The objective of compliance flow is to make it simple for contractors and their clients to collaborate. Comply Flow makes it easier to roll out inductions and compliance requirements to contractors on the job.
