Comsense Technologies: (Bridging business and technology) Delivering State-Of-The-Art Predictive Analytics

CIO VendorSagar Babar, Co-Founder and CEO
Global organizations today are clueless when it comes to the implementation and usage of the available technology applications to improve customer engagement and experience. The reason? Though they want to improve their customer experience, the myriad of technology options such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) and its applications in the marketplace has created a confused state of affairs. While 81 percent of marketers may say that they have an end-to-end knowledge of their customers, 78 percent of the end-users state that the brands don't have an understanding of their needs. “Comsense helps brands in understanding the customer through IBM's predictive analytics by collating the 360-degree customer data,” says Sagar Babar, the co-founder and CEO of Comsense Technologies. By comprehending the challenges associated with improving customer experience, Comsense Technologies bridges the technology and business gap through the power of analytics that empowers leading brands to deliver a superior customer experience. Being an IBM Gold partner, Comsense utilizes the existing data and understands the customers' specific need to deliver a seamless customer experience planning and engagement.

Based out of Naples-FL, Comsense collaborates with IBM for its two products in the customer experience domain-Watson Analytics and Customer Engagement products. Through Watson Analytics, the company leverages predictive analytics to analyze customer data and predict customer behavior.
On the other hand, Comsense automates marketing processes such as personalized email and targeting customers on social media via Watson Customer Engagement.

Comsense's unique value proposition lies in the analytics and AI capabilities that it delivers to understand customer behavior to enhance engagement, which ultimately results in increased ROI. Once the data has been captured, the company deploys IBM's predictive offering to gather specific insights about an individual customer and send personalized offers to its clients. This assists brands in operationalizing a better and personalized engagement.

Further, through its integrated campaign automation platform, Comsense brings together visual customer journey analytics and design tools with deep personalization, cognitive and omnichannel capabilities that automate customer interaction.

Through its self-developed product, LeadSense enables sales teams to reduce the sales cycle by generating more qualified leads with Predictive models for lead scoring. Also offered as a single platform, LeadSense provides a 360 degree view of leads integrating all existing marketing automation, sales CRM and third party marketing platforms. While real-time and actionable insights make marketers confident to present and validate the progress of a lead, the sales teams can comprehend the contribution the marketing function is making to its funnel. LeadSense performs end-to-end tracking and nurturing of a lead from the time it generates till it culminates into a deal increasing the lead conversion rate.

Through its real world experience working with multiple customers globally, Comsense has built a series of industry-specific best practices and accelerators to implement its product fast and efficiently while customizing to our clients’ needs. As one of IBM’s renowned global partners, the firm has a dedicated and high-performance team that combine LeadSense best practices during implementation. “Gartner’s data driven marketing survey 2015 found that over 50 percent of B2B marketers rate predictive analytics as essential to their business and 36.8 percent plan to increase their investments in predictive analytics in 2016 and now we are in the year 2018," mentions Babar. Comsense has a close-knit association with IBM which assists it to deliver digital experiences for the end-users. Moving ahead, the company aims to expand its reach in all 50 states of the U.S in the next 12 months. Comsense will also be targeting both more industries such as banking and larger enterprise accounts through LeadSense and is en route to position themselves as the market leaders in predictive analytics.
