ConnX: Software Solutions to Streamline People Management for the Entire Business

Company Director,Zane Knight, ConnXZane Knight, Company Director
Regardless of the size of the company, for HR professionals the process of recruitment and maintaining employee’s details is a task that sometimes exceeds beyond a team’s capacity. Working to address this pain point is the ConnX team based out of Brisbane, Australia with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. The firm develops a modular HR software solution to improve the working lives of Human Resource and Payroll professionals. “Of the highest priority is to ensure that the solution ‘fits’ the client’s needs,” says Zane Knight, Company Director, ConnX. “Being modular allows us to plug-and-play a solution according to those needs.”

The team at ConnX focus on providing software solutions covering organizational planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee and performance management, learning and development, career planning, time and attendance, leave management, and incident management via single web portal. With a flexible workflow builder, ConnX also addresses the increasing demand of workflow efficiency and online approvals. “We are passionate about delivering Human Resource solutions that exceed expectations now and in the future. We do this by designing easy to use software, providing specialist consulting, training, and helpdesk by dedicated staff,” says Knight. “We invest heavily in best practices and great workplaces, and in the wider HR community. We value every client and partner as a long term business relationship, realizing the benefits of our solutions over many years.”

Our vision is people management solutions directly in the hands of managers and employees, liberating HR teams for higher value add functions

Recently, the team at ConnX helped a regulated energy company by providing a training and skills matrix with pre-configured reminders and alerts ensuring all staff remained qualified for each position they held. Adding to this, Knight also brings up an example from another client. “We helped a construction company to reduce the reliance on recruitment agencies by AUD$ 200,000 per year by maintaining an easily searchable talent pool of quality candidates,” proudly affirms Knight.

Through the years, ConnX has grown to be a leading solutions provider that works for the success of different clients by providing easy to use ‘off the shelf configurable solutions’. To help the customers manage the planned strategies and liberate HR, the team at ConnX follows a ‘plug and play’ four-step process—Data gathering and questionnaires, Configuration and implementation using existing on/off style settings, Training, and Deploy and Feedback. “These steps allow us to quickly deploy ConnX in our target markets and provide a rapid ROI with minimum resources from the client,” adds Knight.

There are three keywords that keep the team at ConnX moving— empowerment, efficiency and compliance. Going ahead, the team aims to continuously push towards mobile technology and make each solution better. “In today’s world we simply don’t have the luxury of time and resources, we are always asked to do more with less. Alongside increase in metrics, demands and problems, there is limited amount of staff, time, money and resources. ConnX gives our clients more time so they can do more with what they already have. Our clients show more, give more, and do more with ConnX,” concludes Knight.
