Harry Radha, Chairman, Consumer Cloud Technology Services (CCTS)Harry Radha, Chairman
In an era where businesses are choosing holistic spectrum service providers over single-tower services to ensure faster project delivery, Consumer Cloud Technology Services (CCTS) operates as the ideal partner for enterprises with a comprehensive services management portfolio. The company appropriately addresses the changing needs of organizations with extensive experience of delivering managed services to businesses ranging from SMEs to fortune 500 companies across retail, military, healthcare, utilities, logistics, airline, airports, banking and other sectors, touching the lives of over a billion humans. CCTS abides by the clients’ expectations and demands for results-based outcomes, which was made possible after the firm opted for a complete process overhaul a few years ago, building a managed service portfolio based on Digital Process Automation tools and technologies.

“CCTS completely revamped existing departments, added some new ones, and created a corporate design that is comprehensive enough to offer its clients a complete pan spectrum services management portfolio, utilizing the latest technology advancements like Digital Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence. With a combination of traditional technology service portfolio, blending with DPA-RPA, CCTS enable our customers to achieve reduction up to 70 percent process overheads, averaging 300 percent ROI. Our DPA-RPA based managed service portfolio enable, easy onboarding, optimal process streamlining, workflow automation and input/output management under one roof. With our new ONPEPPOL initiative, we play the niche of DPA-RPA for Invoice automaton here in the APAC region” explains Harry Radha, Managing Director, CCTS Global.

Over the years, CCTS has developed over 50 solutions pertaining to the managed services to leaders and SMEs in various industries.
The CCTS team manages everything for its clients, right from IT to platform operations, strategy management, automation and staff augmentation.

CCTS’s suite of solutions promises round the clock tech support for customers along with incident, request fulfillment, and escalation management. The company also offers complete capacity management solutions for on-premise worldwide, as well as integrated Rapid Application Development (RAD) hybrid cloud infrastructures for enterprises, among many other offerings in its portfolio. The company’s consultancy services further reduce the workload of clients along with increasing conversion rates.

“We aim to evolve as flexible and accessible partners, who are easy to work with. As a managed services provider (MSP), it is our cultural compulsion to create solutions with the guiding principle of being customer-centric,” explains Radha. CCTS has created an inclusive infrastructure with employee entrepreneurship, and thus, every employee in the CCTS team takes complete responsibility of fulfilling clients’ specific needs. Thanks to the firm’s deep industry knowledge and vast IT experience, CCTS is rightly positioned in the industry to provide desired results to clients.

To continue delivering the best possible solutions to customers, CCTS has recently established a research and development department to explore and invent new and unchartered technologies in the managed services domain. With a vast employee base and centers of excellence across seven countries, CCTS works with a diverse clientele in APAC, Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East. CCTS’s clients include the most advanced militaries in the world, the largest retail chain in Asia, one of the largest automobile companies in the world based in Malaysia, Swiss Market Expansion Services Group, the central agency of Malaysia for electronic banking, various top banks in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Nepal among others.

With a tremendous experience of working with a vast clientele in several verticals in the ever-expanding markets, CCTS envisions moving to the next level with a two-pronged geographical strategy to permeate its footprints to the essentially polar markets—Europe, Africa, and the U.S., approaching each of them differently. Radha believes CCTS’s expertise in ensuring the delivery of advanced managed services is capable of meeting operational requirements of Central Banks and Militaries in the U.S. and Europe. The relatively unexplored African market is also likely to benefit from CCTS’s specialization and the clear intent in pioneering the path for inclusive development by providing management that would enhance the way services are rendered. “Our vision has always advocated progressive transformation in all technological aspects, at all points of time, and hence, we have been deploying modern technologies since our advent,” concludes Radha.
