THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING

Relied upon by prestigious customers such as Panavision, Chiquita Brands, OMYA, and Ministry of Health (NZ), Crossware has experienced exponential growth since its 1992 launch in Denmark.
At that time, the company’s founder, Per Andersen, was responsible for leading a team of software developers for IBM (now HCL) Lotus Notes / Domino.
In 1999, a love of New Zealand saw the business move Down Under. Settling in Auckland, Crossware witnessed exponential growth and gradually became the largest IBM Lotus Notes / Domino Software organization in the country—developing its flagship Mail Signature product for IBM Domino.
While the product gained market accolades, the team of experts at Crossware saw the move to adopting a cloud-based email platform such as Microsoft Office 365. That’s why in 2014, the company released a signature product for Office 365 globally. “Through our innovative solutions, we have managed for many years to set the trends and the standards for email signature solution,” says Andersen, the Founder, and Managing Director of Crossware.
A powerful addition to Crossware Mail Signature for Microsoft 365 is the Dynamic Signatures Suite, which brings two world firsts to the market. First is the Dynamic Signatures Add-in (for Microsoft Outlook). This powerful tool has three key features which allow users to Preview, Select and Insert their email signature from their Outlook client (both web and desktop).
The second is Dynamic Signatures Viewer which provides a simple way for users to view their signature via a URL that can be sent through Email, published in Microsoft Teams, posted on an intranet etc. As this is web-based, there is no set-up or Add-In required.
One of the many things that set Crossware Mail Signature apart is its block-based design. Each individual block can have intelligent rules applied, enabling easy building of an email signature – while ensuring each email is sent with the correct email signature. “It enables users to greatly simplify the management of complex business signature requirements,” states Peter Molyneux, the General Manager at Crossware. Furthermore, customer care is a top priority for Crossware. Their dedicated and professional support team maintains a personal touch along with fast response times around the globe.
Crossware has always successfully addressed market needs. The latest trend is the requirement for many companies only allowing emails to be processed within their own hosted environment. Crossware has been the first to respond and release the world’s first Email Signature Enterprise Private cloud solution in 2019. Developed with all the same award-winning features of the standard offering, Crossware Mail Signature for Enterprise Private Cloud offers an extra level of security for organizations who are not allowed to loop their emails through a third party. The Crossware SMTP Processing Engine processes email in a Secure Closed-Loop while being hosted in the users’ own Microsoft Azure Infrastructure. Furthermore, the Crossware SMTP Processing Engine has been developed to ensure a minimum Azure workload. This cutting-edge solution uses the latest Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) technology, making it easy to deploy and manage in a customer’s own Microsoft Azure environment.
Due to such a focus on innovation, Crossware was invited to join a select group of only 15 others to help Microsoft implement transactable third-party SaaS solutions in Microsoft’s own Marketplace (e.g Appsource). As Crossware had already developed a fully automated web-based deployment process, they assisted Microsoft in delivering this new type of offering. More importantly, Crossware Mail Signature became the first third-party SaaS solution to have a sale in the Microsoft Marketplace.
As a testament to their success and strong Gold Partnership with Microsoft, Crossware was invited into the Microsoft ISV Partner Advisory Group which meets twice annually with top execs of Microsoft to discuss new developments and products. “We have also been fortunate to be rewarded a research and development grant from the New Zealand Government that has helped to spur further innovation,” informs Andersen.
