Cyclone Robotics: Catalyzing a Hyperautomated Future for Enterprises

,Warren Wang, CIO, Cyclone RoboticsWarren Wang, CIO

In the modern day and age, the benefits of business process automation need no re emphasis. Automation is helping organizations streamline mundane tasks, improve operational efficiency, and minimize all probability of human errors. Despite this, many businesses are only scratching the surface of what they can offer as most digitalization initiatives only focus on automating simple logic-based tasks. However, organizations can enter the stage of Hyperautomation by imbuing AI, ML (machine learning), and NLP (natural language processing) to automate more complex business processes.

Helping firms achieve just that is Cyclone Robotics one of the leading end-to-end hyperautomation software and solution providers. “From requirement, discovery, and design to management and execution of processes, we leverage the power of AI and robotics process automation (RPA) to empower customers with full business automation across numerous industries,” Warren Wang, CIO of Cyclone. “We allow our clients to scale up their digital automation from routine task-oriented automation to complex process automation and orchestration.”

Cyclone’s automation platforms not only provide a low-code drag-and-drop process design model but also support a flexible secondary code mode.

These platforms cover every automation step, such as discovery, design, management, operation, and interaction, while offering integration options with a wide range of ancillary enterprise tools as well.

Whether businesses have an experienced in house developer or not, they can quickly get started and design their robotic automation process using Cyclone’s hyperautomation platforms. Additionally, these platforms provide automation robots with intelligent document processing (IDP), screen understanding, speech recognition, and process discovery by integrating AI algorithms into RPA. As a result, Cyclone’s clients can significantly expand the usability of robots and drive enterprise-level automation processes.

On the other hand, Cyclone’s platforms comprise a Controller module, which can comprehensively deploy, manage, schedule, and monitor all robots within an enterprise. These features ensure security compliance of the robots in terms of security isolation, data transport encryption, logs audition, robot monitoring, and traceability. For enterprise users with rich hyperautomation ecosystems and complex business scenarios, the Cyclone controller can realize centralized automation management (for robots, processes, and user groups) as well as coordination and correlation (among designers, robots, and the marketplace).

Users of the controller can even achieve full lifecycle process automation support with multi-dimensional task trigger mode and robot scheduling mechanisms. More recently, the company has also launched an RPA Mobile Designer and a dedicated mobile app that simplify the process of operating wireless automaton for its clients.

We allow our clients to scale up their digital automation from routine task-oriented automation to complex process automation and orchestration

Alternatively, to support the optimization of process scenarios that require human decision-making and manual entry of data, the company offers Cyclone Intelligent Robotics Interface (CIRI), which is a desk- and mobile-based virtual assistant. CIRI comprises an app designer based on low-code technology to build composable messaging applications that fit the rapidly changing business requirements and customization needs. By creating one-stop process management functionalities, CIRI improves the efficiency of human robot interaction. Moreover, when used in conjunction with AI and RPA platforms, CIRI breaks the limitation of traditional process automation and enables effective optimization of a wide variety of RPA-related scenarios and processes involving human robotics interaction.

Since its inception, Cyclone has won several of the largest RPA projects in China (such as China Post and State Grid) with over 5,000 robots certified in a single instance. Currently, the company is aiming to leverage this innovative solution suite and its in-house expertise to put not just the Chinese but the global business ecosystem on the fast track to digital transformation. Particularly for large enterprises from the pre digitalization era, Cyclone’s portfolio of impactful AI/RPA hyperautomation services is poised to drive paradigm shifts in operations. Moving forward, the company plans on creating a more significant impact across different markets. Cyclone already has its international business operation based in Singapore for the APAC, and also London for the European market.
