Cymax

The traditional waterfall model for software development is a slow and sequential process as compared to newer models such as Agile software development. Companies implementing Agile use incremental and iterative work cadences which allow developers to assess the direction of a project through out the development life cycle which results in faster speed to market and cost efficiency. Similarly implementing the same is Cymax, an IT services provider, which was incepted in 1996 with an objective to help customers streamline work by providing agile, reliable and scalable IT solutions.
Headquartered in Queensland, Australia, Cymax’s expertise spans across 18 years of success by working closely with clients, understanding their needs and designing a solution to achieve it. The organization functions on a professional scale through its Consistency, Reliability, Predictability, Expertise and Confidence project methodology across its 132 national service centres in Australia. The company has also made it to the world’s top 501 Managed IT Service providers on Nine Lives Media’s sixth-annual MSPmentor 501 Global Edition published in February 2013.

The services offered by the company comprise of managed IT services, cloud computing solutions and proactive IT support. Their IT services include Virtualization, with specialization in XenServer, Hyper-V & VMware, ERP infrastructure implementations, support and maintenance, and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions and consulting: to meet clients’ business continuity planning (BCP) requirements.

Cymax’s cloud computing solutions consist of Desktop as a Service (DaaS),Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Phoenix Exchange: a Cymax Microsoft Hosted Exchange solution, ERP in the Cloud, Office 365 implementations support and management, and Google apps for business: migrations and on-going support. The company assists organizations across a broad range of industries such as hospitality, education, distribution, real estate, manufacturing, mining, construction, retail, IT and engineering sectors. Owing to its delivery of results-focused IT services to its clients, Cymax’s success and growth is inevitable.
