The world has turned digital and so has the marketing landscape. With the proliferation of the Internet, the modern day consumer has grown more impatient and unpredictable which in turn has resulted in a substantial inflow of transformative trends in the digital marketing space. However, a majority of the digital marketing providers fail to understand their consumers on a digital foreground. Bridging this gap between the market vendors and the consumers, Digicliff marked its foundation as a pioneer in the space of Digital Marketing. Established in 2009, when digital marketing was merely a buzzword in India, two digital savvy entrepreneurs Balaji Ramanathan and Rajesh Muthumari founded Digicliff, where every activity was data driven, focused on creating business value for clients. Conforming with the vision of Digicliff’s work philosophy: ASCEND (Analyse, Strategize, Communication, Engage, Network, Deliver), the company adopted the idea of understanding its clients’ business and developing effective marketing strategies around their business model. “Digital marketing is not rocket science, it is simply understanding the user behavioral cycle online, and making an informed decision,” says Rajesh Muthumari, Technical Director, Digicliff.

Today, Digicliff stands as an ROI driven digital marketing company catering to a wide range of clients from small businesses to large corporates. The company leverages its expertise in Internet Marketing & Web Solution techniques such as SEO, SEM, Social Media & Web 2.0 strategy formulation. Digicliff has also extended its profound knowledge over formulating digital strategies for B2B and B2C markets exclusively, providing full service digital marketing solutions including Interactive Web Solutions, Integrated Online Marketing Campaigns and Application Development.
“Understanding your consumer is the key to success for any organization, and that is what we focus on,” explains Balaji Ramanathan, Director, Digital Business. Notably, a multitude of companies face trouble in understanding the interests and needs of the consumers. Digicliff strives to address this gap by implementing data intelligence in marketing campaigns and by using predictive modelling to understand its clients’ consumers’ online behaviour.

The pattern observed is deeply analysed and the same pattern is applied in the campaigns to produce maximum ROI for clients. Digicliff has always been a result oriented company; delivering performance at every level of engagement with its clients. The company employs a unique blend of professionals who are primarily dedicated to work and believe that imparting various technical skills into marketing is the key differentiator for Digicliff. The company focuses on employing a data specific approach, which provides clients with an additive advantage. Data Intelligence also plays a vital role in Digicliff’s decision making and campaign execution process. “We always take a data centric approach both in creative and technology aspects of decision making. Clearly our data centric marketing approach has set us apart from our competitors,” adds Rajesh.

Digicliff has already made its mark in the digital marketing space; the company has recently set up a new office in Gurugram, in addition to its headquarters in Bangalore and Chennai and also plans to venture further into the markets of Mumbai city. The roadmap ahead for Digicliff promises a technologically dynamic future for the digital marketing industry in India. “As a company, we want to move forward by leveraging our marketing intelligence and data predictive modelling to key verticals, while focusing on becoming a global player in digital marketing with an analytics approach,” concludes Balaji.
