The turn of the millennium has seen unprecedented business growth and progress in how new software and technologies are consumed by the large organizations and SMEs alike. Customers are able to access, store, transmit and manipulate information at the click of a button and one of the enterprises which enables customers to easily access superior products is Emereo Technology. Founded in 2014, the young organization has managed to carve out a niche for itself in a short span of time. The company started out with an aim to become a ‘One-Stop IT Service Provider’ for small and medium-size business enterprises and aid customers in upgrading service qualities, cutting down operating costs and also achieve higher returns on IT investments. The founders were determined to bring HP domain expertise into business processes of newly formed organizations and this passion to impact people through technology became a major motivation that drove them forward.

Enterprises looking to build upon HP services do not take a holistic view to go about their intended business and this is where Emereo steps in, ensuring that the transition to HP services is smooth and cost-effective. With the modification in IT infrastructure, businesses have become more concerned with internal management and quality of services provided, a challenge that Emereo addresses to facilitate business transformation. Emereo’s customer-centric and market oriented approach puts focus on where there is more emphasis on delighting the customer with optimized service and management. Ang Boon Siong, CTO Emereo Technology, says, “To achieve ‘efficient, economical, stable and flexible’ business model is the most important goal of our company today.”
Emereo offers a multitude of services differentiated into four prime categories viz., Infrastructure and system management, security & storage management. Add to this, the company also provides professional consultancy and cloud services (IaaS & SaaS) as well as smart business solution. The uniqueness of the company lies in how they ensure a better user experience and prioritize customer satisfaction, customization and advanced management and reliability of the existing systems. Additionally the company has launched a number of strong products and services for their overseas customers like 3-par storage, Store Easy, System Blades, HP Networking which has resulted in support and endorsement by reputed and upcoming businesses around the globe. One of the company’s customers, Gama Group, a business group based in Indonesia with investments and businesses in Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia and United Kingdom added new capabilities utilizing Emereo’s HP offerings. Gama Group’s Director, Gary Tan says, “Emereo provides expertise in HP solution which has helped us stabilize and support our expansion in businesses of trading, cement, plantation and property.”

To achieve "efficient, economical, stable and flexible” business model is the most important goal for Emereo today

Emereo has also built good partnerships with Microsoft, DELL, Lenovo, EMC, Huawei, VMware, Cisco, Fore Scout, Sophos, Symantec, Sangfor, Juniper, Fortinet, Veeam, Arcserve, Aruba, Palo Alto etc.

In the years to come, the company seeks to capitalize on their current position in the local market as well as the international market and spread brand awareness across the world without compromising on the core values of developing a dedicated team of engineers and having close working relationships with partners and stake holders. Having worked across industry verticals such as defense & home land security, education, transportation and logistics, healthcare & life sciences, telecommunications and utilities among others, the organization is now looking forward to expanding its client base further.
