    Entroyi: Increasing Buyer Procurement Power

    COO,Ben Connors, EntroyiBen Connors, COO
From procurement costs to supplier management, buyers must oversee every step of the material purchasing workflow and perform multiple tasks to maintain a successful logistics enterprise. Often, the tedious workflows and manual set of operations leave these buyers stalling behind the competition, adversely causing delays in delivery. Entroyi—a supply chain management solutions specialist— offers a technology platform that allows buyers the freedom to work with insight-based analytics, process automation, supplier price comparison, and centralized procurement, effectively sidestepping the aforementioned challenges. EntroBuy, the company’s flagship procurement platform, arms buyers with greater agility and proficiency even while handling complex business processes. “We have a comprehensive delivery approach that comprises the solution + platform-tools + data analysis + after-sales service,” states Ben Connors, COO at Entroyi.

The SaaS-based digital procurement collaboration platform—EntroBuy—provisions internal and external collaborations for all operations across engagements between buyers and suppliers through modules for procurement inquiry, bidding, and tender. The application covers a multitude of practical needs for procurement and enables enterprise digital transformation by actualizing four key value propositions: direct cost-saving, efficiency, process standardization, and data analytics. EntroBuy’s automation allows users to make informed decisions and work more diligently during a material procurement project. With a centralized procurement approach to reduce enterprise procurement costs, suppliers can focus on the optimization of their own processes, and in turn, improve procurement cost performance and reduce actual material spend.

We Have a Comprehensive Delivery Approach That Comprises the Solution + Platform-Tools + Data Analysis + After-Sales Service

In general, buyers summarize the quotation details and prepare a spreadsheet prior to reporting to a supervisor, as they are required to send procurement requirements to the suppliers. EntroBuy makes this manual and cumbersome process more accessible by allowing buyers to directly upload their orders on to a system for publishing to approved suppliers, then allowing these suppliers to view and tender their quotation charges for the required particulars. Besides, the supervisor can gain access to the information and review all the purchase prices and processes, eliminating the need for buyers to visit them on a per-project basis. If the supplier forgets to quote a figure, the system will automatically remind them through SMS or mail, in turn, significantly improving the efficiency of procurement.

Besides the improved procedural flow of a supply chain system, Entroyi also provides data analytics that brings transparency to the entire workflow. “To infuse an added level of management visibility and control overbusiness processes, we empower various stakeholders such as enterprise auditors, executives, and other interested parties to gain full visibility over every deal/proposition/ transaction and understand relevant concerns,” says Connors. Entroyi helps enterprises identify expenditure risks and improve the material acquisition cost management by building a supply chain data center and procurement data asset catalog that allows for multi-dimensional knowledge mining and data analysis.

Entroyi’s extensive experience in the procurement services and solutions sector can be attributed to its proficient team of experts and qualified executives that have honed their skills across regions such as China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United States, and Europe. To continue delivering unmatched value to its clients, Entroyi aims to make lineage, authenticity, and quality assurance of the products more visible to buyers. The supply chain management specialist is working toward incorporating blockchain technology with a traceability system onto its EntroBuy platform. Looking further ahead, Entroyi will also embed artificial intelligence for the dynamic optimization of the entire purchasing process to further alleviate its solutions prowess.
