Users can also select the period over which they want to review the share prices. Index and peer group data can be integrated into the chart for comparison, which can be downloaded as an Excel sheet. All these tools can be customised according to the user for maximum efficiency.

    EQS Compliance COCKPIT offers all compliance solutions in an integrated platform, either individually or as a combined module. EQS Integrity Line is a whistle-blowing software with multiple intuitive reporting channels, offering 2-way confidential communication and integrated case management. This feature-rich tool is user-friendly and doesn't require training. Managers can investigate collaboratively while protecting reports from granular permissions. EQS Policy Manager enables managers to centrally manage policies with a clear audit trail, automatically distribute data and obtain signatures digitally. The tools would allow employees to know which policy applies to them and where to find them. EQS Insider Manager efficiently fulfils all MAR requirements by maintaining a digital insider list per EU Market Abuse Regulations. It enables insiders to submit personal data securely via online forms.
