These points are exchanged for rewards provided by retail, food and beverage, beauty, and entertainment sectors to the employees of an organization. Also, the point accumulated contributes to bringing about a competitive edge among its users. The more the users get active on the app; they can unlock trophies and achievements. FEETS does this to encourage participation and foster cooperation and teamwork amongst employees which ultimately leads to the success of an organization.

“FEETS also renders users a platform to share ideas and thoughts through a community portal. The feature can be used to organize brainstorming sessions, CSR events, and product or service improvements,” mentions Clement. This is done in addition to recognizing and nurturing talent.

This change in Human Resource Management technology has enabled FEETS to develop human capital further through Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is the biggest revolution that is expected to change the way HR technology would work.
