FullClarity: Provider of Construction Management Module for NetSuite

In the ever-evolving construction landscape, companies are constantly challenged by rising costs and downward pressure on sales prices. On the technology front, there are very few systems that provide strong accounting and ERP functions, while also providing a true cloud/ mobile solution to users. Most of the systems are just an on-prem solution masquerading as a cloud-based system, and many are so old that the cost required to bring them up to current technologies is too high. Furthermore, there is a groundswell of dissatisfaction amongst builders at the state of the technology solutions available to them. Typically, small to medium builders (in Australia) need to purchase multiple systems and integrate them with data feeds, and would likely need to host those systems themselves, or at least pay the solution provider to host an on-prem solution in a remote server farm. Challenges arise when the data feeds break down or clash. And the cost of putting all the systems together becomes quite prohibitive, which is why so many building companies (even large ones) are still using products like MYOB to run their complex businesses. This is because making customizations is extremely expensive or impossible.

Understanding these pain points, FullClarity offers a highly featured cloud-based construction module wholly built on the NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform. Clients can simply install the FullClarity bundle without any data feeds or system integrations and customize the solution to meet their specific needs.

FullClarity has been built inside the NetSuite application; it does not sync with NetSuite, it is a part of NetSuite

NetSuite powered FullClarity has been built specifically for the cloud, which is fundamental, as it has huge positive implications when it comes to rollout, performance, and scaling. “FullClarity has been built inside the NetSuite application; it does not sync with NetSuite, it is a part of NetSuite,” says Andrew Coghlan, co-founder of FullClarity. As such, users and administrators have a single system to deal with for all construction needs—all of which have been built for the web, not built for on-prem then put on a ‘cloud server.' Being fully integrated into NetSuite, businesses running FullClarity can leverage all of NetSuite’s benefits, such as increased visibility, scalability, customized functionality, and enhanced decision making.

With FullClarity bringing the specific functionality for the construction system, such as job estimating, project management, program management, WIP, contract management, variations, and change orders to mention a few, construction firms are able to have a single source of truth to run their entire enterprise. The FullClarity module for NetSuite provides clients with the ability to do all the major construction functions in a single system, yet to easily control who can access what data, so that only authorized people can see or change data within the system. This includes users from each stage of the building program from sales to completion, as well as a back office staff doing accounting and marketing. Given the single system approach, all data can be seen in real time, with no need to wait for nightly data feeds or for data sync issues to be resolved when they break down. Ultimately, NetSuite with FullClarity empowers growth in its construction clients.

With a plan to formally enter the market this year, FullClarity intends to be the go-to building and construction software for companies across the globe. In addition, FullClarity will open up the entire construction market to NetSuite, allowing them to penetrate into an entirely different and distinct market—one which is crying out for a genuine cloud solution that can facilitate growth as required.
