Glasir Games: Building Conversational Service Bots for Business

    CIO VendorJari Kemppinen, CEO
With gamification, businesses are attempting to use game-like incentives to engage customers, motivate employees, improve training and build stronger teams. Today, companies can increase customer service without the additional hiring costs. Assisting organizations in this endeavor is Glasir Games. The Brisbane, Australia Headquartered firm assists the clients to build conversational AI around their products and services, to represent that company and provide product information, directions or to take orders for customers.

To help them in their quest of achieving this business outcome, “Glasir Games leads organizations to success with our unique gamification service offerings which includes consultation, planning, AI training, and software development,” says Jari Kemppinen, CEO, Glasir Games. The firm, with its consultation, assists the clients to conceptualize how their customers interact with their staff and services to successfully build an AI driven conversational service bot to meet their customers’ needs. Glasir Games also helps businesses construct app based training and employee incentive solutions around gaming frameworks.

The firm helps you choose the correct gaming frameworks and pairs you with development teams that specialize in augmented reality, virtual reality, AI and voice control.

While Augmented Reality libraries enable organizations to overlay their virtual products into a clients’ surrounding, organizations can also customize and train AI voice controlled API's to add voice control to their existing websites or apps. Working with the client the firm can build custom conversational AI and service bot solutions around a business and its products. “This enables a business to provide extra services to their customers without the extra staffing costs.” says Jari.

For instance, Glasir Games worked with List Premier to launch a world-first breakthrough to bridge the gap between technology and education. “The solution, ZenoBot is the next step in presentation software, it uses gaming technology to create a digital classroom assistant,” states Kemppinen, “With Zenobot by their side, teachers can focus more on students. Moreover, it is an effective way to create and present the content.” Zenobot allows users to create and manage all the solutions in-house and reuses the existing content such as text, video, and images. Users can choose a language, facial expressions and gestures, and enter the text. Zenobot can narrate the text; users can record their voice or import a sound file. The software uses highly advanced text to speech and lip-syncs software to give it more proximity and life. Unlike other software providers, the firm ensures that the users need not get into complicated training to use their software and actions are simplified with voice control. For instance teachers can perform Google and Youtube searches just by speaking to Zenobot.

Looking forward, the firm is bringing more conversational voice solutions into gamification. Jari informs, “When we bring conversational voice AI to products such as Zenobot, we give AI a more human approach, making it easier for people to converse and interact with these artificial services.”
