Since the introduction of Salesforce in Korea, i2max has been focused on developing the market as a partner and is the most experienced and professional consulting service partner in the country. Salesforce solutions have built-in business processes that often need to be customized to meet the characteristics of Korean companies. This requires a complete understanding of the Salesforce solution as well as the characteristics and needs of these industries and companies to create the best results. In addition, Salesforce is constantly introducing new features and functionality, which is important to learn immediately and be available to customers. As the only Platinum Consulting Partner and reseller of Salesforce in Korea, i2max employs professionals who understand the field well or uses an external pool of experts to conduct consulting for each sector and business. “Based on a lot of experience and expertise, we are a partner who accurately identifies customer needs and pain-points, and we deliver and deploy the best Salesforce solutions for them,” says Geun-mo Kim, CEO of i2max.

i2max enables clients with the implementation of various Salesforce solutions to strengthen their key processes. To increase productivity, fill the pipeline with solid leads, and score more wins without software, hardware, or speed limits, the company enables clients to implement Salesforce’s CRM solution, Sales Cloud. The company also helps clients enhance their customer support using Salesforce’s Service Cloud to get more responsive, intuitive, and flexible service solutions that help you anticipate your customers’ needs. Similarly to deliver personalized customer journeys, clients can adopt Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud. Clients can then build better customer experiences and crush conversion rates with Commerce Cloud.
In addition, based on the needs of many customers, i2max has recently developed the Activity Management System (AMS) function on its own, gaining positive feedback from customers. This is expected to help improve productivity with the ability to manage and coach each activity of the corporate organization in real-time.

Based on a lot of experience and expertise, we are a partner who accurately identifies customer needs and pain-points, and we deliver and deploy the best Salesforce solutions for them

Moreover, i2max offers free seminars on a variety of topics such as bimonthly seminars for efficient CRM management and marketing activities and the quarterly Opinion Leaders Forum featuring global digital trends. “Through seminars, we often introduce new and improved product features and help our clients to adapt to changes. Furthermore, we offer practical training courses for sales cloud admin quarterly,” explains Kim. In addition, to further specialize in the training of Salesforce solution, i2max plans to obtain approval from the Salesforce training center to operate Korea's first professional training center from early 2019.

Currently, i2max has 158 domestic and foreign customers, develops its own Cloud SaaS solutions, and provides full services related to the Salesforce as well as formal resellers. In a nutshell, i2max has the most experience with cases and the most experts with relevant consultants and certificates in South Korea. Based on this, the company provides customized consulting and services to help customers adopt and deploy solutions most effectively.

In the future, i2max plans to develop enterprise software (SaaS) that can be put on AppExchange, Salesforce.com's cloud computing marketplace through which end users can access, download and install software apps. Until now, South Korea's cloud service development companies have not been successful overseas because local marketing is difficult. But it's been a long time since the app store broke down the border. Now, when foreign companies are introducing enterprise software, they focus more on content than on the size and nationality of their developers. i2max developers are working toward bringing this functionality to the South Korean market.
