It is involved in conducting research and operates as a regulator for IT in Malaysia, which requires them to constantly attend meetings as well as make phone calls with the branch offices. Infomina provided UC support to the agency and helped them deal with high operating and maintenance cost for telephony system caused by unavailability of high-end communication features. Implementing the UC system helped the agency reduce their monthly maintenance and operating cost by half. Infomina has delivered similar benefits to various other clients, including the mobility features such as allowing them to use the VoIP application on their mobile devices anywhere as long as there is internet connectivity.
