Shinobu Aiba, President & Representative Director, INTAGE TECHNOSPHERE Inc.
INTAGE TECHNOSPHERE, a distinguished member of the INTAGE Group, Japan's foremost marketing research company, is at the forefront of the business intelligence industry, providing a range of services for IT environments and external customers' data integration and utilization.
Despite the widely recognized importance of data as the driving force behind digital transformation (DX), few companies have mastered the art of effective data utilization. Mere possession of a large volume of data is not enough to extract its full value, and organizations face various challenges, such as ambiguous objectives, limited IT literacy in data handling, and inadequate data infrastructure.
Although many system integrators (SIers) offer some of these services, very few possess the expertise to guide their clients to fully and practically utilize their data.
INTAGE TECHNOSPHERE stands out by accompanying each customer from the initial consultation stage of defining data utilization objectives, to the construction of the necessary system infrastructure, system operation and maintenance, and finally, education and training on data utilization within the organization. We work closely with our clients until they have developed the skills and confidence to optimize their data independently. This unwavering commitment is our greatest strength in data utilization.
INTAGE TECHNOSPHERE relies on Snowflake as the central platform for our research system.
Our offerings extend beyond mere system construction support and include consulting services for "Data Utilization Platform" which derives the functional capability of Snowflake. By offering a single platform for data selection, preparation, collection, processing, aggregation, and analysis, our Data Cloud solution removes the obstacles of corporate data silos, allowing integrated data management and usage.
INTAGE TECHNOSPHERE has adopted Snowflake, a US-based cloud data warehousing company, and streamlined the necessary processes for data utilization.
"At INTAGE TECHNOSPHERE, Our clients require human resources capable of defining data objectives and effectively utilizing data, as well as a trusted partner who will guide them every step. We are committed to providing both, empowering our clients to unlock the full potential of their data and achieve their business goals." Shinobu Aiba, President & Representative Director
As a prime example, we provide a sales solution called "POS data integration/analysis" to a leading consumer goods manufacturer, integrating and analyzing customer-owned chain POS data with INTAGE's panel survey data using Snowflake. This solution provides sales representatives with a wealth of information via numerous dashboards, allowing them to observe consumer behavior patterns and price trends at any moment from any perspective. This frees them from manual data formatting and processing and enables them to focus on their core business.
Moreover, our services can consolidate various types of data such as accounting, shipping, and sales data into Snowflake, enabling us to examine and visualize that data using BI tools. We are thrilled to receive a significant number of inquiries not just from major consumer goods manufacturers but from various industries, demonstrating that our services have a high level of interest.
At INTAGE TECHNOSPHERE, we believe that building an infrastructure that collects on-premise data is just the beginning. Our clients require human resources capable of defining data objectives and effectively utilizing data, as well as a trusted partner who will guide them every step of the way. We are committed to providing both, empowering our clients to unlock the full potential of their data and achieve their business goals.
