Inoapps: Reimagining Business Processes with Oracle

    Follow Inoapps on :

    Andy Bird, CEO
The storied history of Oracle Corporation is a staple in elementary school computer science curriculums across the world, and rightfully so. By replacing old concepts with new and relevant frameworks, the database management pioneer has reinvented itself and stayed relevant for over three decades, outlasting many of its predecessors. In serving over 430,000 customers in 175 countries, Oracle has forged key partnerships with solution providers across the globe—none being more prominent than Inoapps. A platinum partner of Oracle, Inoapps specializes in Oracle Cloud applications, Oracle technology, and hardware, and empowers enterprises with the complete Oracle application-to-disk enterprise IT environment. Recently recognized as Oracle’s Cloud First Partner of the Year (2018) for the UK market, Inoapps is equally proficient in delivering Oracle consultancy, implementation, and hosting and managed services for Oracle customers in a range of industry sectors—both public and private.

While its capability to serve an array of vertical markets is laudable, Inoapps got its head start by implementing Oracle applications and solutions into the oil & gas industry—a segment that was previously reluctant to embrace advanced technologies. Since its inception in 2006, Inoapps has helped organizations in financial services, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, media and entertainment, retail, and the public sector to reimagine their business process with the power of Oracle. The solution suite of Inoapps comprises of three categories, namely Oracle Applications, Oracle Technology Services, and Oracle Hardware & Engineered Systems. Its applications division is responsible for delivering services related to implementation, upgrade, or enhancement of Oracle enterprise and Oracle Cloud applications. An authorized reseller of Oracle licenses, Inoapps’ application coverage and license resell includes the Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle JD Edwards, and Oracle Primavera, among others.

"By Combining This Revolutionary Automation Technology Suite With Our Proven Methodologies, We Can Offer Our Customers Unrivaled Implementation Speeds And Flexibility"

Oracle Business Accelerators that InSpire Growth

Inoapps’ technology services branch provides customers a range of professional services to ensure the optimal functioning of Oracle solutions. To implement the services, Inoapps uses Oracle Business Accelerators— rapid implementation templates and process flows available in pre-packed application bundles. Branded under the name “InSpire,” Inoapps is able to deliver the power of Oracle EBS to clients in a swift and efficient manner, allowing businesses to focus on driving benefits from their investments and improving ROI.
To recognize their competence in the prompt delivery of EBS, Oracle recently recognized Inoapps as the “Accelerate Partner of the Year” for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. “At Inoapps, we believe the Accelerate programme provides the ideal vehicle for delivering expertise and innovation to our customers, with unparalleled return on investment,” says Andy Bird, CEO, Inoapps.

At Inoapps We Believe The Accelerate Programme Provides The Ideal Vehicle For Delivering Expertise And Innovation To Our Customers, With Unparalleled Return On Investment

The technology services squad, which comprises of a dedicated number of specialist Oracle database and middleware consultants, has mastered the process of moving the Oracle EBS from on-prem into the Oracle Cloud. Together they have designed and implemented complex Oracle environments for many organizations. For example, the Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB) was hamstrung with a complex system landscape that had two separate ERP environments, which caused friction in their internal processes. SLAB was running the finance and procurement Oracle EBS on-premises and an additional EBS for HR and payroll. SLAB had to two choices in front of them: move everything into an EBS managed service, or consolidate their systems on Oracle Cloud. After electing the latter, they let Inoapps’ proficient technology division do the needful. By implementing products such as Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, Oracle Payroll Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud—Financials & Procurement, and i-expenses, Inoapps consolidated all of SLAB’s business processes into one system. By July 2018, SLAB achieved greater visibility of its activities across the organization— which led to improved insight and decision-making, user engagement, streamlined procurement processes, and automated HR processes. “We’re delighted to be the trailblazers for Cloud First in Scotland’s Public Sector. By embracing digitization, we hope to achieve significant internal efficiencies which will enable us to deliver a superior service to our clients. We’re excited to continue our journey to the Cloud with Oracle and Inoapps and have confidence in their ability to guide us there,” Graeme Hill, director of corporate services and accounts, SLAB, had said after the implementation.

    Economical Alternatives for SMBs

Inoapps has carved a niche in the marketplace for its ability to deliver top-notch Oracle solutions to SMBs and SMEs. As part of its customized solutions, Inoapps enables budget-strapped organizations to extract the most out of Oracle technology by leveraging Oracle Application Express (APEX)—a low-code development platform that serves as a viable alternative to expensive, “best-of-breed” solutions. “By combining this revolutionary automation technology suite with our proven methodologies, we can offer our customers unrivaled implementation speeds and flexibility. This means they can now begin reaping the benefits of their investment far more rapidly than they could before. We can now truly deliver on the promise of the Cloud,” explains Bird.

Besides customizing its solution offerings for SMBs, Inoapps is able to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse clientele across the world. On that front, Inoapps is offering a specialized “local service” based on varying domestic market conditions and the factors that determine the same. The service harnesses the right blend of technical know-how and industry experience along with 24-hour access to technical experts stationed in various parts of the world.

Meanwhile, the Oracle hardware and engineered systems division—the third pillar in Inoapps’ solution suite—empowers its clients to leverage Oracle’s Red Stack strategy. The Red Stack, designed to deliver simplicity and efficiency, is a pre-integrated hardware, storage, and software stack that improves the ease of managing and deploying enterprise solutions. Just ask the scores of Inoapps customers who no longer need to worry about upgrades, patches, and security threats in their day-to-day operations. Acknowledged as the only Oracle Red Stack partner in the marketplace, Inoapps is helping clients reduce the costs and complexities associated with IT infrastructures, all while increasing their productivity and performance.

    Ready to Enter Newer Markets

Headquartered in the UK with branches in the US, Malaysia, and Singapore, Inoapps has ambitious plans of entering newer markets in the near future. To substantiate its accomplishments, Inoapps recently published its product portfolio on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace—a platform for Oracle’s partners and vendors to showcase their Cloud-enabled applications. Some of these cloud applications are in the realm of Oracle Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management, Finance, HR, Customer Experience (CX), and Enterprise Performance Management. Within these applications, Inoapps is also able to create role-based solutions catering to the various needs of chief compliance officers, chief information officers, and chief financial officers.

Showcasing its cloud-based applications on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a monumental step for Inoapps, in their endeavor to expand geographically. “We’re investing heavily in building the right team to drive the global success that Inoapps is enjoying across EMEA, USA, and the ASEAN territories. I am confident that these appointments will strengthen the winning senior team that we have in place,” says Bird. Earlier this year, Inoapps was shortlisted for the “Transformational Innovation through Data Award” at the Digital Technology Awards 2019.

The recipient of three consecutive Oracle Partner awards in as many years, Inoapps has no plans of slowing down. In the APAC region, Inoapps has firmly established itself as the go-to implementation partner of choice for enterprises that intend to transform their businesses by moving into Oracle Cloud. “Indeed, we can now demonstrate this through numerous happy customers across Europe, the US and the ASEAN territories. We intend to develop and build upon this continued success and look forward to receiving more awards as we grow further,” concludes Bird.
