IPV Network
Achieving Cyber Resilience through Custom Built Cybersecurity programs

IPV Network

A digitally enabled IT Infrastructure, in the financial services industry, is similar to a warp-capable spaceship that propels organizations to new frontiers of business excellence. However, as this spacecraft explores uncharted territories of the financial world, it needs to be safeguarded against attackers trying to exploit high-valued assets. As these financial firms pursue digital transformations, they need to implement resilient cybersecurity tools to not only protect millions of customers but also safeguard their enterprise against unforeseen predicaments. “Financial institutions are one of the most high-value targets for attackers. Such attacks have increased exponentially in number, as our clients expand their reach and access of their brand and services to serve millions of their customers through digital channels,” explains Miguel Ramos, President of IPV Network.

IPV is an integrated cybersecurity consultant that crafts personalized security solutions, tailored to address various business requirements in the financial services arena. Leaders at IPV believe that while cybersecurity is an enabler of efficient business strategies, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to creating an all-inclusive cybersecurity program. To address this problem, IPV has collaborated with some of the best minds and organizations from Israel—the global center of cybersecurity innovations—thereby providing clients with solutions that are at the leading edge of cybersecurity. Ramos says, “Working with best in class partners, we proactively eliminate potential threats before they become a real crisis by providing our clients with automated, real-time, valuable alerts that give financial institutions an edge in protecting their assets.” Collectively, IPV helps its clients in building a perimeter safeguarded by targeted threat intelligence, online brand protection, deception technology, and sentiment analysis.

we proactively eliminate potential threats before they become a real crisis by providing our clients with automated, real-time, valuable alerts that give clients an edge in protecting their institutions

The company’s targeted threat intelligence hones the ability to aggregate actionable intelligence across disparate data sources such as the dark web, the open web, and the deep web, consequently offering real-time alerts for targeted attacks, data leak, and compromised credentials to clients. On the other hand, sentiment analysis safeguards brands from abuse, defamation, and reputational damage. When clubbed with IPV’s online brand protection functions, clients can map and visualize their digital footprint dynamically. Ramos uses a relatable analogy to highlight the prowess of his company’s solution sets, “Instead of building walls and controls around your crown jewels, our solution disarms attackers by destroying their decision-making abilities and depriving them of any means or measures to reach their targets.” Ultimately, to secure network endpoints, IPV introduces Virtual Air-Gapped Software-defined Endpoints, thereby enhancing end-user productivity through the highest levels of security.

A remarkable exemplification of these functionalities can be seen through a recent case study involving a client that aspired to expand their online presence through social media channels. The client was apprehensive about the lack of visibility of the efficient management of their online brand. Upon collaboration, IPV provided the client its targeted threat intelligence and online brand protection solution, in turn, erecting a resilient infrastructure for different teams and stakeholders. Ramos says that this security architecture ensured the integrity of the client’s online brand as they moved into a dynamic working environment. Similarly, IPV has been involved in numerous collaborations with clients for the discovery and takedown of malicious activities, effectively preventing customers from being victimized by illicit activities.

Reflecting on some of these engagements, Ramos says that his company is determined to uphold the promise of delivering undeterred cybersecurity solutions that are both proactive and responsive at the need of the hour.
