    Kryon Systems: Automating the Automation

With enterprises increasingly adopting artificial intelligence (AI) to improve their business process efficiency, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), one of its instances, is gaining prominence. Their aim to tackle the performance bottlenecks, however, often becomes a long-winded process as traditional RPA implementation methodologies are tedious and expensive, to say the least. Kryon offers a novel approach to accelerating RPA adoption. The company brings to bear its patented technologies and expertise in leveraging AI, machine learning, and deep learning to help companies take a well-planned and methodical approach to RPA adoption. The insights delivered by the company’s technologies allow clients to identify the right process for automation, thereby supporting the digital transformation of the business.

As opposed to the conventional process analysis solutions in the market, Kryon offers a quicker and economical alternative with its solution, Kryon Process Discovery™. Kryon Process Discovery determines tasks that are being executed by clients’ employees, understands the existing challenges in the operations, and explores ways to make processes more efficient. These capabilities enable clients to achieve maximum RPA ROI at a lower TCO.

But how does Kryon Process Discovery do it? With a top-down automation approach, Process Discovery empowers companies to discern the high-level data automation points quickly. It uses proprietary machine learning and neural networks to automatically identify the processes that are well suited for automation. At the same time, Process Discovery creates automation workflows. The automated approach streamlines the key areas of the business, resulting in improved business process efficiency and work environments, setting the tone for digital transformation.
“With Process Discovery, RPA deployment is five times faster than the average RPA installation, saving our customers valuable time and money,” states Harel Tayeb, CEO of Kryon.“In short, our solution automates the automation.”

In addition to Process Discovery, Kryon offers three types of RPA: unattended automation, attended automation, and hybrid automation. When a business utilizes Kryon’s unattended solution, robots running on virtual machines execute repetitive and time-consuming tasks while preventing common human errors. With Kryon’s attended automation solution, a robot runs right on an employee’s computer – either providing guidance to help them complete tasks more quickly and accurately, or automatically performing “swivel chair” activities. Kryon’s innovative hybrid automation solution leverages both attended and unattended robots to most effectively meet a company’s goals.

What’s more, Kryon offers a smart analytics engine that provides the actionable intelligence—through process monitoring and analysis—required to fuel continuous process optimization. With five patents in Intelligent Image Recognition and Optical Character Recognition, Kryon is the only RPA provider that enables process automation in minutes rather than hours, allowing companies to achieve digital transformation in weeks versus months. For instance, Microsoft was paying billions of dollars each year in royalties to third-party game developers, content providers, and partners. Prior to deploying Kryon RPA, the manual royalties process flow was complex and slow. By automating this process with Kryon RPA, Microsoft accelerated its performance by 2,000 percent – cutting down processing time for 150 statements from 50 work hours to just 2.5 hours. A recent survey conducted by Kryon indicates that business users are inclined toward embracing RPA and collaborating with software robots. The respondents expressed belief in RPA’s power to automate burdensome tasks and prepare them for value addition to their organization. More businesses will incorporate RPA into their business model as large-scale organizations can operate efficiently using this technology. By 2020, nine out of ten will be leveraging the power of robotic process automation. With the stage set for maximum robotics adoption, Kryon aims to transform the RPA arena with its user-friendly platform.
