Once the client demonstrated the updated system with the add-on to a national government agency, the agency offered to purchase the solution and roll it out to other contractors nationwide. The reporting feature significantly reduces the man-hours and paperwork that would normally be required in the course of a typical government contract execution. Since the development of the add-on feature, the solution has received more buy-in and support than was envisaged at the beginning.
