These test scores were then captured along with customer call performance scores and employee attendance. These results gauged workplace effectiveness and helped the client promote a transparent system for rewards and incentives. “Within months, their employee retention levels went up by more than 90 percent while their customer satisfaction reported an increase of 23 percent,” adds Dr. Goyal.
