    SAN JOSE, CA: 8*8, a communication service provider, announces the release of Channel 2.0 for transforming enterprises from product-based on-premises solutions to cloud communications and help them deliver ace customer experience. The PartnerConnect portal of 8*8 adopts innovative sales and technical training to enhance marketing and promotion of products.

    The 8*8 PartnerConnect portal automates tasks and process to incorporate feasibility for accessing information and resources, online training of products, and generate co-branded collateral products. The portal keeps the customers updated about the latest 8*8 productsand upcoming partner onboarding program. The training program of 8*8 entitles channel partners with Technical Support certification program to further enhance the sales-efficiency of cloud services.

    The partners can earn better business insights and increase their revenues through PartnerConnect portal. 8*8 continues to increases sales through sponsorships, sales incentives and marketing development funds (MDF).
