There is a belief that instead of making workplace agile, Artificial Intelligence makes the human workers inactive. Ernst & Young’s study pointed out that 77 percent of millennials believe that flexible workplace enhances the productivity of employees providing them proper freedom. In order to maintain agile working companies need to cut short expenses related to the office building and have to allow employees to work from places according to their convenience.
Proper collaboration and project management are essential to maintaining agility in the workplace. Companies have to allow remote members to participate in an ongoing project to share their opinion with the team members and to render this task. Management has to leverage different tools such as Skype, Basecamp, Slack, Zoom, and GoToMeeting to facilitate the whole process of communication. An agile workplace is helpful for both employees and companies. The employees receive a better opportunity to maintain a work-life balance, and companies can reap more profit by maintaining a healthy relationship with employees.
