In business, creativity thrives most in advertising. Imagination is valued above all. Creating content is an essential component of advertising. In copywriting the art and science of writing is combined. Writing better copy enables converting more readers into customers. Creating this high-quality content is a challenge that almost every organization faces. But as the need for content grows organizations are turning to artificial intelligence (AI) to help with the content creation process.

AI in copywriting shows promise, the smart business writing tools are better suited to support human writers. This shift in writing strategy is fueling the growth of content marketing industry.

The branch of Artificial Intelligence is focusing on the process of human speech. It can be used to analyze both written and voice-based dialogue from customer service conversations. It works breaking down words, phrases, and sentences into their fundamental units. This process is known as tokenization, which helps in comprehensive language processing. Complex natural language processing methods like content categorization, contextual extraction, sentiment analysis (identifying the mood of the content), and machine translation are also in emerge to aid in creating quality content. This overall process called Natural language processing(NLP) is also used to create voice-based platforms that can respond to both facts and questions.

Tailoring quality content for a target segment consumes a lot of time and energy. Content curators are now using AI generated algorithms that provides quick identification of what type of content is most likely to appeal specific readers, the type of queries that should be answered, and which concerns needed to be addressed. This is helping in crafting engaging content.

Social media marketing has become an apparent tool for business these days. NLP algorithms can be trained to identify the words and phrases that will most yield in social media marketing, including Facebook post, email campaigns, and tweets. This tool helps in automation of social media management.

The complexity in human language makes it beautiful and uniquely human. This is the reason why AI can't write for emotional impact, or to originate ideas. In short, talented writers will never be replaced by AI in the foreseeable future. Which itself makes the limitation of AI.
