Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Tribal is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Pickett as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with immediate effect.

Mark joined Tribal in July 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and has since then been a key member of the Board helping lead the turnaround of the Group. In September 2018, Mark was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer whilst retaining his position as Chief Financial Officer.

Since taking on the role as Acting CEO, Mark has shown excellent leadership, strategic thinking and operational capability, giving the Board great confidence that he is the best person to take Tribal forward. These skills, combined with his energy, focus and enthusiasm, have enabled significant operational and strategic progress to have been made over the last six months.
