Aptitude Software Welcomes Nick Nesbitt as EVP to lead international growth

    Adam Flowers, Regional Director, APAC

Nick brings more than 20 years of experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Regulatory Reporting market, managing and building large CPM technology practices and holding sales and delivery roles covering a wide range of industry sectors and customers.

FREMONT, CA: Aptitude Software, a leading provider of financial management software, appointed Nick Nesbitt as Executive Vice President, International, where he would be responsible for driving business development across the APAC and EMEA regions.

Nick brings more than 20 years of experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Regulatory Reporting market, managing and building large CPM technology practices and holding sales and delivery roles covering a wide range of industry sectors and customers. Nick served Vuelta before coming here. There he was Managing Director, UK, and Ireland, and Tagetik, where he was responsible for launching the Tagetik brand and business in the UK market for the very first time. He has previously worked at Oracle, IBM, and Accenture.

Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, Aptitude Software declared an 11 percent increase in ARR and a 51 percent increase in software and subscription-based sales revenue. Aptitude also recently declared a new strategic partnership with Japanese firm, FIERTE Corporation, to broaden its global presence. Nesbitt’s appointment indicates executive-level investment in the APAC and EMEA regions, as the momentum around financial transformations increases in the region.

Jeremy Suddards, CEO of Aptitude Software, states, “Nick’s experience directly aligns with our strategic objectives. Over the course of his career, Nick has shown a demonstrable track record of exceeding financial and operational KPIs in competitive environments. His expertise across sales, technology, delivery, and client services combined with the products and solutions we have to offer the EMEA and APAC regions leaves Aptitude well-positioned for success.”

“AAH provides the speed, scale, and adaptability required to serve the fast-moving banking sector and exploit the value of financial data to deliver value through business insight,” added Adam Flowers on account of Aptitude’s flagship product, the Aptitude Accounting Hub (AAH), “It simplifies the most complex of finance architectures, which is why it is fast becoming an essential for any finance transformation.” Aptitude has also been selected as one of the Top 10 Banking Technology Companies – 2020 by APAC CIO Outlook magazine.
