SANTA CLARA, CA: Aramex leverages Silver Peak’s Unity EgdeConnect SD-WAN solution to offer uninterrupted network connectivity and enhance performance of the branch offices. The SD-WAN solution provides secured data application process and cost efficiency to the end users.

    EgdeConnect SD-WAN

The EgdeConnect SD-WAN reduces complexity in building a WAN by leveraging broadband for connecting users to applications. The network is built with 256-bit AES encryption and provides edge-to-edge data security. The cloud intelligence feature of EgdeConnect SD-WAN provides users with real time updates to the users to reach SaaS applications.

The need totransfer high volumes of data across various networks with accuracy has been rising exponentially. An “IDC survey” finds the SD-WAN market to reach $6 billion in the forecast period 2016-2020. The advanced capability of EgdeConnect SD-WAN such as path conditioning and dynamic path control enables the IT organisation to deliver a total performance over MLPS and broadband to steer real-time traffic over any network.

“The high cost and limited capacity of WAN-connectivity at our remote sites was becoming restrictive to our business. Silver Peak has delivered reliable performance and automation at our remote sites, freeing us up to open the doors to more locations. With its zero-touch deployment model and its dynamic path conditioning feature, EdgeConnect automates manual and time-consuming issues while delivering increased performance and control,” notes Samer Awajan Chief Technology Officer, Aramex.
