Avanade, a global IT consulting and service provider, announced the acquisition of Loud&Clear, a digital and experience design agency based in Melbourne. Loud&Clear will support Avanade’s clients.
The benefits of the acquisition are mutual. Avanade's clients will be benefited from Loud&Clear's digital strategy, user experience, and marketing automation. Plus, Loud&Clear’s expertise in Sitecore and Drupal will prove beneficial to Avanade. Loud&Clear will become Avanade's first digital innovation studio in Melbourne and be a part of a global network studio chain. The studios are focused on creating user-oriented experiences from prototyping and proof-of-concept. Avanade plans to continue its operations and rapidly scale them at the same time.
Loud&Clear has provided digital solutions for a diverse base of clients in industries like financial services, retail, healthcare, agriculture, education, telecommunications, utilities, and sports. They have been start-up incubators internally and partnered with clients to innovate digital solutions.
