NEW DELHI, INDIA: Avaya -a provider of business communications software, systems and services- announces a complete, multichannel unified communications and contact center cloud targeting midmarket.

Avaya Midmarket Cloud solutions offer two flexible deployment options for channel partners- Powered by Avaya IP Office and OnAvaya – Google Cloud Platform.

    Powered by Avaya IP Office

This cloud option is now globally available to qualified channel partners. Channel Partners can install the solution in the data center of their choice. Partner Powered by Avaya IP Office has been tested and are already serving several thousand end-users in the world. Avaya scales from 5 to 3,000 users at a single site or in up to 150 locations. Avaya IP Office improves customer experience and contact centre agent efficiency by adding multichannel functionality for voice, email, web chat, SMS, and fax to your contact centre.

Using the Avaya IP Office Platform, Avaya Midmarket Cloud Solutions utilizes the same code base as those installed on premises.  The benefits of a single code base for deploying hybrid clouds are as follows:

For Channel partners the Avaya IP office is the most cost efficient means of moving customers to cloud, by offering a full stack of solutions the customers require, such as simplifying integration, leveraging product knowledge and experience and reducing the need for investment in new skill sets.

As for customers, the hybrid cloud option based on Avaya IP Office enables the deployment of new capabilities based on business needs, while leveraging existing investments in call control, phones and more. Additionally the Avaya Communicator for Web enables communications from any browser-based application to cloud.

    OnAvaya – Google Cloud Platform

Currently available in the US-only, the OnAvaya- Google Cloud Platform has been broadened to make it easier for selected partners that do not have the infrastructure to host and manage their own cloud. The solution also has expanded now include full unified communications as well as multichannel contact center capabilities.

“Avaya channel partners have a significant role to play in cloud deployments for midsize companies with their established knowledge of the customer and expertise with Avaya products.  Now, they have even more flexibility with which to approach the customer by offering hybrid cloud solutions in a market that has considerable growth potential and is looking for a cost-effective path to advanced communications,” says Chiradeep Rao, India Channel Chief, Avaya.
