TAIPEI, TAIWAN: Billion Electric, a global leader in ICT solutions, launches its new IoT Gateway, SG6300NZL, an imperative center that associates different sensors/gadgets through Zigbee, Ethernet, RS485, and PLC communication. The new IoT Gateway provides an adaptable advantage through a well-defined API for system integrators and software partners to utilize and create diverse applications when compared with the previously launched M100.
Billion SG6300NZL can automatically connect front-end device API information and transfer the data to a customer-defined central management platform in a diversity of communication protocols, permitting clients to review and examine different data on streams. SG6300NXL creates a group for all IoT devices such as smart meter, power plug, intelligentswitch, IHD, thermostat to environmental sensor and opens a correlation between two sides of system integration.
SG6300NZL also delivers a wireless AP providing Internet service and works as a wireless bridge that can be associated with any existing wireless gateway. Billion SG6300NZL can expand the wireless internet coverage and minimise the wire costs for better customer experience.
Designed for Point-of-Sale (PoS), ATM/Kiosks, and Oil/Gas SCADA settings, Billion M100, a compact industrial M2M router, supports two Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, which can be configured as WAN or LAN, and RS-232 serial ports, providing superior Fallback and Failover functionality by featuring both Gigabit Ethernet WAN port and 3G/4G wireless interfaces to prevent network failure. M100 supports IPSec/PPTP/L2TP/GRE/OpenVPN protocols, allowing users to create maximum 16 VPN tunnels for data encryption and safe transmission.
“M2M connectivity can visualize and convert the operations into valuable data, where every business activity can be effectively monitored and improved with optimal efficiency. By leveraging Billion M2M/IoT gateways, our clients can abstract information and connect to any central management system to generate enriching business models for different vertical markets,” says Jason Liao, Product Marketing Manager of Billion.
