SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Cisco unveils their latest solution for endpoint security named as Cisco AMP (Advanced Malware Protection) for Endpoints’ to offer customers the opportunity to simplify their endpoint security strategy, securing mobile users, servers and desktops by leveraging Cisco's threat-centric security architecture.
The solution detects, prevents and simplifies endpoint security in one SaaS-deployed, cloud-managed solution by developing the scale and power of the cloud and Cisco's threat-centric security architecture. The AMP for Endpoints allows customers to control threats faster.
The new AMP for Endpoints presents next-generation prevention that offers advanced protection capabilities to control both known and emerging malware and is also incorporated with built-in sandboxing technology to detect and analyze unknown files. It has higher visibility and faster detection capability in real time through continuous monitoring and shared analytics to detect complicated attacks.
AMP for Endpoints shares and correlates threat information across the entire architecture, both the AMP ecosystem and other Cisco security platforms. Cisco ONE Software, Cisco’s software licensing program, is being developed for advanced security solutions to give customers a simple and flexible way to consume Cisco's software capabilities for infrastructure.
Cisco’s other advanced security software suites include Threat Defense for Data Center, Threat Defense for WAN and Edge and Policy and Threat Defense for Access
