Dialpad’s Mike Kane Recognized as 2024 CRN® Channel Chief for Third Consecutive Year

SAN FRANCISCO: Dialpad, Inc.l – the industry-leading Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform – today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Mike Kane, Dialpad’s SVP of Global Partner Sales, to its 2024 Channel Chiefs list, which recognizes the IT vendor and distribution executives who are driving strategy and setting the channel agenda for their companies.

Recognized for the third consecutive year, Kane has been instrumental in growing Dialpad’s channel team from the ground up, helping Dialpad evolve to become a channel-first company. Hired as the company’s first-ever channel employee in 2017, he has revolutionized Dialpad's partner ecosystem and greatly supported the company’s revenue growth as it scales beyond $200M ARR.

To boost partner engagement, the team hosted over 350 field enablement events throughout the US, EMEA, and ANZ, and launched Dialpad’s Certified Delivery Program, which helps partners seamlessly deploy and implement Dialpad for their customers.
