Shaswat Kumar has joined Darwinbox's executive leadership team, making him the company's youngest and only Asian player in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites 2021.
Growth means Value Realization for customers for a company that has not only witnessed but been at the forefront of Cloud acceleration in the HR field. Shaswat's inclusion to Darwinbox's leadership team is a step toward the company's goal of becoming a global HCM leader by delivering maximum value to its 600+ customers and 1.3 million users worldwide.
Shaswat has over two decades of experience assisting businesses with their HR transformation journeys across several geographies and cultures. He joined former Hewitt's HR Effectiveness practice, and in his most recent post at Aon, he was responsible for HR Transformation for significant clients across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
"Companies are realizing that organizational, people, and behavioral challenges are levers for driving transformative change; this has opened the door for HR services and has expedited HR Transformation programmes." A significant portion of this transition will be realized and assisted by the use of appropriate digital technologies. "Darwinbox is best positioned to harness this and be a global HR Technology Leader with Asian heritage," Shaswat stated of Darwinbox's objective. "I've become more excited by both the opportunity and consistent mindset to do right by the customer with every engagement I've had with a Darwinian," he continued.
Darwinbox just received a 4.8 overall grade from Gartner Peer Insights, and is backed by Salesforce Ventures, Sequoia India, Lightspeed India Partners, Endiya, and others. It now serves over 1.3 million employees in over 90 countries, including some of Asia's major corporations and fast-growing technology firms, such as Adani, Mahindra, Kotak, TVs, Arvind, JSW, JG Summit Group, Tokopedia, SBS Transit, SPI Global, and Indorama, to mention a few.
